What we collect: when you send an inquiry we record your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and your message.

Purpose and legal basis: we use this data solely to answer your inquiry and arrange your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass it on to third parties or use it for marketing.

Retention: inquiries are kept for no longer than two years unless regulations (e.g. guest registration) require longer.

Cookies: this site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Only a technically necessary cookie is used to remember your chosen language. If Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for the check when the form is sent.

Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Send us your request by e-mail. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
